GDDC SEEKS INPUT FOR STATE PLAN
The Guam Developmental Disabilities Council (GDDC) is seeking public input as it finalizes the 2027-2031 Five-Year State Plan. The plan will guide the Council’s priorities and activities to advocate for and support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Guam.
Public input is essential to ensuring that the State Plan reflects the needs of those most affected. Your feedback will help guide efforts to promote inclusion, independence, self-determination, and full participation in community life.
The 45-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT period opens Monday, June 22, 2026 and closes August 7, 2026. Additionally, an in-person public input session is scheduled for Monday, July 13, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Sinajana Mayor’s Office, Heritage Room.
We invite members of the public to review the plan and submit written input.
